How do I add a review?
To add a review, you need to do the following: Search for a business, activity or destination that you'd like to review. Once you have located or have added place of interest to our listings, you may submit a review. If you haven't already, you need to register with a user name and password when adding your review. Remember, you can write your review but it will not be posted until you complete our simple registration steps.

Do I need to register before adding a listing?
We feel it necessary to have our users register when adding a listing. We appreciate all additions to the site and by doing so you're helping make EnterCapeCod.com a better resource for fellow visitors.

How do I retrieve my /username password if I forgot it?
If you forgot your username and/or your password, by selecting the "forgot password" link, we'll send you a generic password to get you signed back in again. Once on the site you can select the "change password" link located on the top of each page to re-establish your own unique password.

Can I edit my review?
Yes. You can edit your review at any time. Your user name (when it appears in your review box) is also a link that will take you to your review list. You have the option to edit your review at that point. The number in the parenthesis indicates the number of reviews you've created.

Why do I need to register before adding a review?
By requiring registration, we can ensure that the reviews that get submitted are legitimate. Registering allows you to edit your review after you have submitted it.

What do you do with the information you collect during registration?
Once we have received the information you provided to us during registration, it gets stored in our database. Your user screen name is visible on the Review page, but your email address is hidden. We do not sell, lease, rent or license your information to anyone. We may, however, disclose your identity if we feel it is necessary to protect our business or to satisfy any law, regulation, government request or private subpoena.

Who can write a review?
Anyone who is not currently associated with a business can write a review provided he/she has had firsthand experience with the business. An example of persons not permitted to write a review includes spouses and immediate family members of the businesses and/or its employees.

What happens if someone affiliated with a business writes a review?
If EnteringCapeCod.com determines that someone affiliated with a business has written a review, we may, in its sole discretion, remove the review for not complying with our website's Terms of Use.

Does EnterCapeCod.com censor reviews?
We urge you to use proper language that is suitable for the general public. An articulate review enhances a reviewer's credibility much more than the use of profanity. EnteringCapeCod.com may, in its sole discretion, edit or remove a review if it has concerns about the authenticity, content or vulgarity. A review may be removed if it contains untrue, pornographic, illegal, inappropriate, vulgar, slanderous or libelous content or links to any other web sites containing such content (as determined by EnteringCapeCod.com in its sole discretion).
